FLANNERY’S VIP

Door Staff Guide

1. Scan the VIP card

Use the rear camera and scan the QR shown on the member’s phone. Always compare the member at the door with the photo displayed on the scanner.

2. Read the result

VALID means the membership can be admitted. NOT VALID means do not admit under the VIP membership. VIP ALREADY INSIDE means the member has already been admitted during the current Flannery’s trading night.

3. Guest allowance

A +2 member has a total of two guests for that trading night. The VIP can enter alone first and bring the guests later. The scanner shows Guests used tonight and Guests remaining.

Example: VIP enters alone → 0/2 used. Later one guest enters → 1/2 used. Later final guest enters → 2/2 used. No more guest admissions are available.

4. Trading-night reset

The guest balance resets at 06:00 Dublin time, not at midnight. This prevents a guest allowance resetting during late-night trading.

5. Photo / suspicious card

If the displayed photo does not match the person presenting the card, do not use the VIP admission. Escalate to the duty manager. A screenshot or forwarded card should not be accepted for somebody else.

6. Staff accounts

Use only your own staff login. Do not share staff passwords. If an ADMIN resets your password, the system will require you to choose a new password before normal use.
